I just came across this company on EBay that sells leather Triumph Seat Covers in different colours. This looks like an excellent option for those of us that don't want to switch to a Corbin seat and pillion but still want leather. Take a look! TOP GAITERS BOOTS The prices on this link are in Canadian $'s so make sure you take that into consideration. Seem reasonable though. Keith, they even have red trim to go on the solo and pillion seat to match your ride.

Duncan, Those look good....real good.
Is that the Bright Red option, or the Dark Red?

Nice find. I may use one of their covers to try and match my stock pillion to my Corbin saddle.

I just ordered a dark brown cover from them - not on their eBay adds but a quick email and they were more than obliging. I'll post a picture when it arrives...

Hmm... Wonder what it would look like getting the seats covered with grey top and black sides?

Aah, thinkin' about goin' for that early-'60s Triumph seat look, are we Bengt? Yeah, I think that would look great on your bike and now that you've already transformed that era's vintage look onto your BA.

Thank you Dwight! My thoughts as well. Even if my colors (see, I lost the u) are a bit - let's say - bright, grey and black would harmonize quite well.

Yep, I think the grey of the seat would match nicely with the colors on your bike. (...oh, and I'm glad to see that my ongoing efforts to eradicate the "superfluous u" from the English language worldwide has at least taken root within the Scandinavian landscape!)

Just need to ask you a question. Anything special to think of when stapling the leather to the saddle parts? Also, did you use glue as well? Thanks!

I didnt use glue as well mainly because if it stretches i can remove the cover & refit easily. Just simply fit cover to seat then starting at 12 oclock stretch cover & staple, then 6 oclock, then 3 oclock, then 9 oclock. Then work your way around the 4 sections, stretching, folding & stapling the seat cover doing opposite sections. If you are using a manual staple gun you might find it easier to warm the plastic seat base first so that the staples go all the way home. If you have a powerful air powered staple gun then they will just bang straight in no problem at all. Take your time & gradually work you way around the cover stretching & stapling. If you make a mistake, prize out the staples & do it again.
Im sure there are several "how to" tutorials on you tube.
Good luck!
