Yes, it has carbs. It is a 2004. One of the main reasons I was thinking about removing the air box and rejetting was to get some more power. I went from a 16 tooth front sprocket to a 17 and thought I would need more power. I got that changed yesterday and now I'm not sure I do. Seem to have plenty of power, just hits the rev limiter about 5 mph later in first gear.
Of course it looks cool with the pods! That's a good reason to do it, isn't it?
