I got nothing against a good, quality rainsuit. Trouble is, I rarely need them and I'm cheap. I go to Wally world and buy a $20 cheapo, all purpose rain suit with pants. Never had any trouble with one. They come with elastic bands around the sleeves and pant cuffs. They keep all the rain out and actually last 3 or 4 years if worn occasionally.
