My first thought on this topic is yes, kill him, why spend the money to keep this piece of trash alive at our expense. But then I wonder, isnt it a good thing for them to die according to their religion?? But maybe not at the hands of enemies in this way? Dont really know let alone care. Maybe the best thing is to lock him up so he gets alot of special treatment from Bubba.
