Look at how profitable a company Polaris is, they kick HD. They dont need to overtake HD in sales to win, they just need to build the brand and grow it smartly, that will erode HD, but more hopeful will be to grow from everywhere and it will be about Indian, not anyone else. Consider that HD relies just on its bikes(and assorted items with it), Indian can grow profitably and be added to by Polaris' diverse mix(a much stronger company overall).
