Arlen Ness has nothing to do with the design of Victory bikes.. They ride vics, make lots of after market stuff, and they each (Arlen, Cory and Zach) have a Signature series where they do custom paint and put some of there doodads on them.. but thats it Micheal Song is the head designer for Victory.
