Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section...
I was at my new Triumoh dealer a few days vack and looked at a half uncrated Storm...it had tiny handlebars (black) attached. Is this a shipping part to retain the handlebar parts (levers, brake fluid, etc.)...i
I cannot imagine these being a final part on the bike.

Makes perfect sense, to use ersatz bars to keep it all (cables and wires) organized and undamaged, therefore keeping the ship width down. I wonder if the smallish bars are returned for a deposit like large wooden cable spools to the manufacturer are? Sounds like a potential collector item.

Yeah, nice collector item for sure but you can't use it as a card table like you can the spool.
