I normally use Amsoil Fuel Stabilizer and it seams to work pretty well. But last fall I forgot to put anything into my KTM 450EXC. When I fired it up in the spring it was popping and would not idle at all. I figured before I pulled the carb off I would try some sea foam. I poured a little in the tank and road it around my field for about 15 minutes and I noticed it was running smoother. I stopped and she was idling fine. I also run a little thru my TBA when I fire it up for the first time in the spring and I have had good luck so far. I would recommend it!
