Yep Todd, the answer to question here is a QUALIFIED "yes".
And the reason I added the word "qualified" here is because I believe any Hinchley Bonneville that has a displacenment over 865cc and/or has hotter cams and/or upgraded carbs, all of which are primarily available ONLY from the Aftermarket(as Triumph never saw fit to offer a factory Big Bore option for the Bonnie line as you know, and which Ryk made mention of above AND which I've lamented about for years on this website) OR for that matter, any Triumph model which FROM THE FACTORY puts out over 60BHP, which ALL other present Triumph models do, then yes, that kind of bike would be an "upgrade"...and especially in the realm of "performance".
