Wouldn't it make more sense for Corporate Triumph to offer a 965cc with a better cam, ign. timing, fuel/exhaust flow option with the same motor mounts as the existing Bonneville line up? Ala the 1600/1700 TBirds, a kit that could come as a pre installed factory option, or a change out upgrade for us under powered folks. Please not, just a paint scheme and decals, kinda like the L.E. Steve McQueen Special, feh. Isn't a ex Hardley honcho, in charge of decisions of this nature? I personally invite aforementioned honcho, to go ahead and impress us this time. I am just talking about the motor side of the equation here, better brakes and suspension are good too.
