Just my 2 cents but I am just requesting to leave the New Glarus Brewery on the route. I have never been there and have always wanted to go, looks like they have self guided tours available between 10a-4p daily. The Potosi Brewery Museum is open at 1030a-9p with a $5 entry fee and looks pretty cool, not sure how much time we are planning to stop at each place if some or all of us plan on going into the caves. And I am sure some of the guys from the Madison area would know better but I have been told there are a few good places to eat in New Glarus.
