I talked to Ruth tonight, and she is going to let us rent only 2 condos, instead of all 3, since we only have 11 people. This will reduce our cost from $1425 down to around $900 for the weekend (I don't have the exact final price yet, she's sending me a new invoice.)
This should bring the cost per person down to around $80-$85 per person for all 3 nights!
As soon as I get the updated invoice I'm going to pay it, then I'll have everyone pay me via paypal.
