Sad part is the way they have you tour now you drive right by her statue but never see it and they don't tell you. They also have you drive past a block away from the cannon that fired the first shot at Gettysburg and never tell you about it or show it to you. They don't take you where the Iron Brigade fought or where the only civilian fought. They sell you a disc to put in your cd player in your car and you never get out. The few things I mentioned are right by where General Reynolds was killed and Sallies monument is by the observation tower just after the eternal light. These are important points.

Ian,we had a scout dog in Vei Nam named Hienric he often saved our buts by comeing on alert during a night ambush.He did a full tour with his hander then got to go home.

That is great to hear Jack, truly mans best friend. From what I have seen dogs were actually common during war and almost always heroic.
