They went crazy in this MD county last year with some sort of anti-skid material, which works in reverse on bikes in the Spring! Fortunately it was gone after a few heavy rains. I have high-performance, summer tires on my '96 Impala SS and this stuff keeps that off the road until late in Spring because it sticks to the tires and throws it up against the bottom of the car, I'm always afraid some will be thrown up against the front/rear quarter panels as well. Can't people just stay home when it snows?
