For ski goggles I use a cloth impregnated with something I figure is the same stuff as used in Rainex windshield washer solution. Never tried it on the visor on my 3/4 helmut and not sure if it would deteriorate the surface of the plastic. It is sold here as an anti-fogging treatment for interior use and mirrors.
