I actually just free handed mine. (NOT the best method
)
BUT, whatever you do, do NOT throw away the cut off piece.
I used mine to extend my rear fender on the other end (used a brass plate with a Triumph emblem epoxied on to fill the indentation where the tail light was). With the air box removed, road grime was thrown all over the top side of my swing arm on wet roads. Keeping my lady (see pic) wet and dirty.
I was also going to use the left over as an Air Dam on the lower front down tubes. (more like a skid plate)
So, IF you don't want it, and NOBODY ELSE wants it, I'll take it for shipping IF your throwing it away. (UNLESS you live outside the continental USA)
