Decided to get the winter project under way. I removed the rear fender, blocked it up and clamped it down. I verified it was level based on the top 2 screw holes from the tail light. Maybe not the best way, but it seems to work.

Looking for suggestions...
I ran string from the bolt on the side to the center hole on the license frame to get somewhat symmetric lines, leveled a line across, and finished with a line down below the side bolts...

thoughts on this being symmetric prior to cutting?
