with the exception of Eddy! (my man Eddy!) LOL i have run into small issues with just about all of the guys we buy stuff from, what i don't like is ordering something that is on their web and then waite two weeks, follow up and be told they have not carried it for a long time, and the thing is still on their site. Or, hey we are only two people we can't keep up!, uhm sorry, to bad if ya can't keep up hire someone, if you can't afford it then take the other two web pages down and focus on customer service and not gross product shipments. If you step into the arena of retail sales these days you have to be prepared to do what you promise make up for your mistakes fast, or close your doors. Someone else will be willing to fill your spot and maybe do it better..... ok thats my rant he he he
