Dang, Clide. Settle down. If you would have read through the thread, you would have saw that Karl corrected his typo on the dates ordered.
I think your response was harsh and your attitude toward a customer makes me NOT want to do business with you.
Maybe you could have contacted the purchaser(karl) to try and make things right with him, even though you were upset. Then you could have asked him to make right on the post and things could have been more civil for everybody. Times have changed and so has business dealings. It's a shame really.
