eliminate foreign aid, institute a flat tax that everyone pays ( thus eliminating most of the IRS) Congress on longer gets a blank check, goes on SS like the rest of us. Lobbies & PAC are eliminate taking the extra bribe money out of congress (the opposite of Progress). the numbers are staggering. And just think 2 presidents ago we were running on a surplus. these guys should be tarred feathered & run out of town.
