However, the Moocher Class that I speak of has no specific politial affiliation. They are the "soundbite voter" that only cares about WIIFM (what's in it for me?) and are encouraged by the "poll-driven politician" that promises anything to improve his chances in the next election.
I don't see a solution on the horizon.
