As for the fiscal creek. Screw it - I lost confidence when #43 opened the checkbook (giving rise to the Tea Party). So, I'm officially retired as of today. I have to admit that a big part of my decision was that I'm tired of contributing so much of my income to support things I don't believe in. If it gets bad, I'll just become part of the Moocher Class that I worked so hard to support.
