That's really all I've ever needed, and kept outside, not taking up any valuable space in the garage...weathers well.
Gets the rear wheel up and levels the bike as a center stand would for cleaning, maintenance, etc.
Easy to build, inexpensive, and practical.
For twice the price of the better CRAFTSMAN motorcycle/ATV lift, I think you could actually by a nice pneumatic ramp, like you would have in a shop....
