the freak kit will come with the pods and also the little filter you will need. , so if you go that way then no worries, a little bit more involved to put on though. I believe the Emgos are similar to the TORS, i know some people running 40/140 but you will need to account for elevation etc. Others will comment on your pipes to be sure though. Get the jets that you need, always good to go down one size and up one size as well , and always a good idea to have a couple shims. They are all pretty cheap items.
