Some will say Im sure mom and pop didnt allow her to drink and drive. But I say with or with out direct permission ole mom and dad permitted it will even if it were by the not teaching baby girl responsibility for her actions.
It is sad that a youth has lost her life because she was failed by ber parents. And that another person is suffering for their failure as well.
yes there is an age at which you can no longer blame poor ole ma and pa. But its not in ya teen years. Teens are mush heads that need lots of guidance.



To blame the parents is ...really well kind of lame. I suppose you never did anything your parents weren't aware of. I remember my parents having to sleep or go to work. My living through teenage years was just pure dumb luck.
