The Red Rock loop (13 miles, one way) is pretty cool, used to be more fun before the rangers started watching it closely. They time bikes around the loop and if you get through too soon, they ticket you, so you have to stop and rest which is OK since the scenery is pretty spectacular.

Mount Charleston is a nice ride too but can be icy in March. a good one to keep on the list if the weather cooperates.

Valley of Fire, Lake Mead's North Shore road, Over the Hump, some smaller roads like Nelson can be worthwhile.

The dam ride is better now that traffic bypasses on the bridge, used to be so slow that it wasn't fun at all.

Some of the Arizonites like Becky or Dwight might have some better info on Grand Canyon. The North Rim is nice but again Spring weather can be a factor.

I would think that Zion, or Cedar Breaks, or The Grand canyon would be overnighters. I wouldn't want to do them on a day trip.

Agreed, all good rides. Check out Freedom cycle too ,that's our new triumph dealer.Stay off the I15 during rush hours, its not for the faint of heart.
