I too have a soft spot for the Guzzis. Never owned one but it was one of my first infatuations. As a snot nosed kid there was a Norton, Indian, Guzzi shop within walking distance of my house. I got the bike fever very early in life. Once it’s in your blood it’s there for ever.
I use to hang out there and sit on the El Dorado 850’s and dream of rolling down the highway on that big MG. I bet the ole boy that owned that place wished I would get the heck out of there.

I never bought a bike from him but I did use his back lot that had a hill climb to raise hell jumping/wrecking my dirt bikes.
He’s long gone along with that shop and all those great bikes, the El Dorados, the Commandos, the old Chiefs …yep those were the days.
