Do not use a ball driver type of allen tool for real tight fasteners, 1st off. Do you have a 1/2 breaker bar and a 1/2 Dr. impact grade, allen available? Get your bike so it will not fall over, then it's pull real hard and it should come easy. Make sure your turning the right direction, Righty tighty, Lefty loosey, but you knew that.
