Disagree, i went to the progressive front springs and instead of using their "drop" on the springs i did as mentioned and raised the for tubes 3/4" to my 11.5 in the rear and it rides nice, the progressive front springs for the mere 80 bucks or so is a great mod for this bike. PLus you can change them out easy without even removing the forks etc.
