Just want to add a few lines here for some clarification.
1st I'm not a health nut or fitness freak. I don't always eat great all the time. I like a few cold bears now and then and I like whisky & whiskey. I might even smoke a good cigar occasionally. Not really fond of chips or soda's and I HATE McDonalds. I don't run that often or exercise as much as I used to, so I have a few extra puonds. Last annual check up all lab results were great and physical was good to go. BTW I very rarley get sick, practically never. No cough, cold, flu, ear infection, nothing. (NEVER GET A FLU SHOT).

So what I'm saying it's ok to endulged sometimes and slack off a little. Enjoy life and relax. Just don't make a breafast of twinkies and Mt. dew, lunch of Doritos and McNasty for dinner. Learn to cook, have an apple, do some push ups and lear to push away (from the table).

AND DON'T STRESS THE STUFF YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER!
