The trigger word of the day is "readiness." That is the justification. If you crap in such a violent manner that it could hinder mission readiness, then you would be in violation of something, administrative action would have to be taken and then implement training across the spectrum so that there isn't anymore violent crapping that could be impeding mission readiness. What...you have never eaten any saturated foods in your lifetime and have no idea what a violent crap...doesn't matter...take the training and follow policy governing over you. That is the mentality which would be the same mentality that will transfer over to the civilian sector if people REALLY want to have their government serve as their nanny.
