Gentlemen,
My 2008 America... I had the seats removed while replacing the air filter, and saw these two 2-pin connectors. I could only trace them so far, before being impossible to determine the origin. I posted a snapshot below.

for nothing......last year carbed bikes got updated wiring loom for fuel injected bikes........and those connectors are for injectors

Crap, I should have measured if voltage was present! I installed a light kit (2 blue LEDs) with a switch on the gas tank panel. Ah well.

Those are the connectors for two of the solenoids used on Ca bikes. It's an emissions thing. Just tuck them away and forget about them.

Lol...sorry. Two of the solenoids used on emissions equipped bikes. Usually California bikes.

When I pulled that crapola off Karens bike I saw where they plugged in
