Most healthy gasoline engines run somewhere around 170 Lbs. per square inch, compression, 10%(170)= 17 Lbs. Personally, I would rather see a deviation of no more than 10 Lbs between cylinders, as 17 Lbs. is a huge imbalance on a two cylinder motor.
