At first I thought "Tigers in Six" was a referring to a timed event recorded by JR "Yota" Hunter, as he switched from a real motorcycle to a Tiger , which is a nice motorbike indeed. As the Milwaukee Braves no longer field a team I'l go for the team Prince Fielder is currently playing for. That guy can hit a ball a tonne.

Ahem, excuse me here John, BUT the game of Major League Baseball has bases measured at 90 FEET apart in a diamond configuration. The distance from home plate to the pitcher's mound rubber is 60 FEET 6 INCHES. And though the distance from home plate to the foul poles and the outfield fences can indeed vary from ballpark to ballpark, those TOO are ALWAYS measured in good ol' 'Merican measurements of FEET!

And so, WHY would you EVER say Prince Fielder(a good ol' 'Merican boy, btw) would, could or can hit a baseball using a term that is based on the METRIC system??? Ya see, we good ol' 'Mericans say things like: "THAT fella can hit that ol' tater a TON!"(that's 2,000 POUNDS...not 1,000 kilograms, aka a "tonne", btw)

You know John, if THIS sorta thing o' yours persists, along of course with ALL those superfluous letter "u"s o' yours that you throw into your spellin' around here, I MAY have NO choice but to request a copy of YOUR Birth Certificate JUST to see IF you're REALLY a good ol 'Merican boy from Wisconsin or NOT!!!

(...oh, and btw...I say it'll be the Giants in 7)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
