A coworking recently sold me a number of very old Mechanix Illustrated books he found in his dad's toolbox. Among them was a copy of "The Motorcycle Book" cpywrt 1951 by Fawcett Publications # 123 (orignal cover price $.15 US).
What I found within the pages of this venerable edition was a collection of "feature" articles on just about every production motorcycle that was worth it's salt available in 1951 from across the globe. (US, Britain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Czechoslovakia, & Belgium)
I haven't scanned ALL the articles to my laptop or uploaded to my FB albums yet, but here's a small taste of the Triumph feature articles for all to enjoy......
