If it is as small as I perceive from your description, I would not worry about. Sometimes pressure rises and a small amount of oil vapours can escape through it, thats what this is for. ¿Is the crankcase filter located high enough? Having it located under the carbs will probably force a small amount of oil to show up sometimes.
