The battery is fine, it was dead at the time, but the bike was running. What happened was that I had to bump start it, then a gang came at us after smashing some windows out of cars. Not a good scene. My girl flipped out and I had to keep the bike at high revs to keep the spark, while fluttering the clutch to get up a HUGE hill. When I got to the top of the hill the bike stopped transmitting power. It ran, but there was no transmission of power whatsoever to the drive train. I had to hitchhike to where there was phone reception and then get it towed home. It's either the clutch or the transmission.
