 Help! Personal messages limits exceeded

I am suddenly blocked from recieving personal messages, I am getting a message that says I have exceeded my personal limit. I have items listed in the classifieds and need to be able to communicate with potential buyers. Any help appreciated.

I think I may have figured it out. I had not logged off of the site for a very long time, I logged off and back on. I am hoping that took care of it.

Everything is working ok now. Probably operator error. I was saving a long list of personal messages, which I cleared, then I logged out and shut my computer down. When I fired it back up all was well. Thanks

Hells yeah I am! My father-in-law works for them and if he knew what I did with his daughter.......... 
Also my my mom works for them too, if she knew what I did before I met my wife............
