As others here have said, once I bought my bike at the dealer, 4 hours away, best price in tx, I only went back once.
Since then I have done most of it myself or found a independant shop. The local Triumph shop is pretty hospitable too.
Most places are all like car sales. I never go in with the expectation of "this is going to be a family /club atmosphere." its a store. If I'm proved wrong,, then they have my buisness after the purchase.
