Hi Guys
I am looking to get my rear foothangers and chain guard chromed up and my local chrome shop want £40 per item + vat at 20%.IE £120.00 +tax for all three.
Is this a decent deal or does anyone in the UK know if I could get it done a little cheaper ??
I ask this because the price quoted is very close to buying new items from Triumph direct.
Any replies would be appreciated.
I also have a set of long slash cut tors for sale at £120 plus delivery. These suit a carb bike.
Many thanks for any replies or advice.

Talking of gold plate, wasn't there someone on here who could do that?
Think he was UK based too.

One thing I learned about chroming is, you need to be sitting down when they give you the quote!
