Hey Bill,
If you find the foot position of your pillion is too high with your bags fitted, you might want to try removing the standard alloy pillion foot peg plate and screw the pillion foot pegs straight into the tapped hole that the muffler brackets hang off. Makes for a much more comfortable ride for the pillion.
