the only ones I have to compare to exactly are the bonnieville preformance coolers that were previously on this bike. that said: bigger diameter 1.25 inch vs 1.0 inch, so more surface area.
12 inches long vs 10 inch, more surface area and more inside volume. .500 diameter bore.
the turbulator (runs thru the center of the cooler) is a .250 inch diameter rod with portions turned down to .187 dimeter to remove the 'core' from the oil flow. at the top end and center of the bore is a .400 high cylinder with 6 holes drilled thru it at at 5 degree angle to swirl the oil along the edge of the cooler bore.
the BP turbulator is a piece of perforated sheet metal.

and the most important part (because I like the way it looks) is the black anodize and the fin tops turned clear. I also had the mounting brackets anodized black.
