Seems like there was this long thread about oil coolers a while back, Wow. 850.00 bucks for the in-frame kit. Aaaarrgghhh ! For one, the price, Segundo, what's in the frame tubes : hmmm, drilling slivers, welding slag, cigarette butt, who knows? And keep in mind cooler is not always better. Engines need a measure of heat to operate correctly. Any temps south of 165 or so is not efficient.
There are fabrication protocols, that eliminate weld slag and scale, "Tig Welds and running Argon gas inside the tubes" for instance, and retrieving the drilling chips with a magnet, A set of front lower frame sections ran me around $55 delivered from Pinwall, and the weld on fittings I needed cost me $20. So you are not married to a $850 price tag. The set I am in the process of building will also have drain plugs as well, and now that you mention ciggy butts, I will run my video probe in there just to have a look see. Mag 10 s coolers do look most excellent in appearance, and my hat is off to him as to his ingenuity, whereas, I stole the idea from somebody who wanted $850 for their version.
