This article is just one of a 100,000 examples that could be provided to highlight the thinking and values of way too many in that area. And as San Fransisco seems to be the Mecca of "progressive" thought, thus the close mindedness on my part to it!
Yeah, but the National Review pretty much hates everything.
So, you subscribe to National Review, WFB would have been happy. But, I'm not sure the article's argument, that social, consumer and free market pressure works better, than San Francisco's system of state coercion, is antithetical to a country's supposed claim to be a free one.
