Ajure,Adjure sp? stretched billet visor headlight. With these you have to extend the mount or it hits the frame.

You will have to either stuff that small bucket with a bunch of plugs and wiring (heat issues?) or do some art full shortening, as our headlight buckets serve as a junction box for said electrics. I agree, that smaller H4 headlight would look and work great.

+1
I have a chrome one, and you really can't get everything in there . You can leave stuff bundled behind/below the headlight shell, but it starts lookin' crowded (messy), and no protection from the rain. Still, IF someones lookin' THAT HARD, smack 'em!

I don't have any wiring in my headlight, mine is all under the tank where the air injection used to be.

Then you got it handled I think that light will be a good fit, on that beautiful bike of yours. I need to move my wires as well, as I have them stuffed in a fugly junction box to facilitate the dual 4 inchers on my '05. The PNW monsoon starts soon, so I'm sure I will find the time in the months ahead, to get 'er done.

I really like this headlight . Although, you know the stock headlight has really grown on me. I used to hate it because it's so big but after I powder coated it black I really like it.

I just put a H4 LED bulb .. but now.. I am thinking.... oh oh... could be pricey... I kinda like that dual headlight thing, and dropping 2 20W LED bulbs would still be a lighter load than the original 55w bulb, and so much brighter! I almost never ride at night anymore, but should I do, it would light up the road nicely! I hope I stop at dual headlights... or I could come down with the same syndrome Keith had a couple of years back...

Ian, that is the Harley Fat Bob bracket that come with that particular dual set of lights, it's a direct bolt up to our triple tree. At least mine was.

I'm old school cheap. When my stocker cracked, I replaced it with a 7" car headlight.

Me too, for sure. But I'm too darned scared to ride at night without the best light I could buy. $100 quartz trilient. Even then, I hardly ever ride at night anymore. Too darned dangerous around these parts cause of the State's pet giant hooved rats.

That's great now all I have to do is get the bracket. I got the headlight for nothing so the hunt for the bracket is on.
Thanks again

Headlight from my HD Sportster Custom. Just bolt on the mount, splice it in and hide everything else in the frame gusset.
Life may begin at 30, but it gets really interesting around 150!

How difficult would it be to splice in a aftermarket headlight?
