No it did not but it does now. I used some acrylic glue and applied it with a toothpick let it set for 15 minutes then blew up to Daytona and beyond one weekend several weeks ago. I sure did not want to turn the handle bars, thus putting strain on it, but it stayed in place. I also got some 000 steel wool and polished up some of the rusty areas on my stainless steel bolts and such. With Vera's windscreen I too place my gloves between the handlebar risers and the speedo. They stay in place too. I lost my blue Triumph baseball cap to the road gods of US17 last weekend. I gots this rule that I don't turn around to get stuff out of the road that I drop. Unless it has a pic of a dead president on it! That will teach me to wear my helmet. Oh well...The only problem with getting the riser caps chromed is Vera won't be ridable for a week or two. So maybe a sliver powder coating would be in order for those parts. My brother can knock it out quick.....
