We live east of Yakima and just rode (on Friday) from Yakima over highway 12 to Highway 7 then north to Tacoma. Beautiful ride, weather and the road was in great shape. Came home today over highway 410 from Enumclaw to Naches (loop 1 and 2 on the above map). The scenery was wonderful, road not so good. Also slower speeds and lots more traffic. They are mountain roads and there were a number of rough spots, but very easy to avoid. We had breakfast at Whistiln Jacks and it was very good.
Enjoy, they're some beautiful mountain roads. BTW, next to no cell service in a lot of the areas on 410.
