A new store opened here in Ft. Lauderdale over the weekend. It's called
Total Wine and is evidently all up and down the East Coast.
They have over one thousand beers!! Yep,
one thousand different beers!!!
Beers from everywhere. I walked around with my jaw on the floor. I've never had it so good! I showed some restraint and only came home with 2 cases of Newcastle, a case of Samuel Smith Taddy Porter, and a case of Fuller's London Porter. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else in town and they were not already chilled! I didn't have to stuff everything in a fridge!
I have never had the Fuller's but I may have found a new favorite. Absolutely delicious!
I cannot wait to try these:
Czech (Baltika #4 & Klaster Dark), Irish (Beamish & Smithwick), Australian (Coopers), Belgian (Gouden/Lindeman/de Boomgaard), and Scottish (Bellhaven & Orkney)
