Can someone point me too some good instructions on how to change the jets in my 2004 Speedmaster. I think I could do it without it, but some instructions wouldn't hurt. Pictures would really help!

Here you go: http://www.bonnevilleamerica.com/dinqua/Triumph/carbs0.html

Most folks never venture to the actual home page and find the links but there is pretty much anything you need between there and the tech vault.
Luckily John and Pat worked something out to keep Pats info so quite some time ago John linked it or maybe merged it to the BA.com host....blahblahblah... its there for ya.

I was bale to swap jets on Karens bike without removing the carbs. I have some "kind of" specialty tools that made it easier.

Some clear hose and a bottle to catch the fuel from the carb bowls. BTW... don't forget to turn the petcock off.

I have the SS carb screw set on there so a 3mm allen head bit on a mini ratchet worked well but so does the Motion Pro Keihin Carb tool kit .
Motion Pro.
The hard part was the center screws on the shifter side carb. But after doing it a few times it was a snap.

Scott I recently used the same site to get to my jets.It couldnt have been easier took my roughly 1hr from the time engine shut down to restart.Thats with never having done it.
I do have to agree the screws must be changed I wound up getting mine @ lowes cheap.I had to remove my old ones with a pair of needle nose vice grips.Follow the directions on that link and life should be good.

First, I am going to try to unplug the TPS to see if that will make the popping stop. Eventually, I would like to add the airbox removal kit and then I know it will have to be re jetted.
