I would suspect the worn front tire first for the vibration culprit.

Your can balance the throttle bodies on your 09 EFI. It's very easy with the right gear.

1. A right-angle philips head screw driver. You can bend an old screwdriver 90 degrees or buy the fancy geared angle screwdriver.

2. Tuneboy ($$$) software or TuneECU (free) software.

3. A Data cable (diagnostic plug to USB) to connect the bike computer to your laptop or PC.

The software reads the throttle bodies and you turn the screw very slightly to equalize them. Easier and more accurate than balancing carbs.
